Synopsis[]
Dennis reveals he has a baby from his Wade Boggs layover in North Dakota, and everyone offers a solution for how to get him out of this jam.
Plot[]
11:30 AM on a Thursday, Philadelphia PA
Dennis has lost a bet, meaning Mac gets to redesign their old apartment. He has already completed work, but Dennis has not yet seen the new look. He also reveals that the rocket for the RPG he ordered has arrived and it will be fired after the grand opening. Dee is just excited to have Mac and Dennis out of her place. Dennis barges in. He tells them that a girl named Mandy is on her way to the bar and they have to address him and Dee as Brian and Prudence LeFevre. Mac asks if he can be someone else. Charlie asks if he is left handed. Mandy arrives, carrying a boy named Brian Jr. he introduces them and tells them that Brian Jr. is his son.
Dennis informs them that after he got off in North Dakota after the Boggs moment, he met Mandy at an Applebee's and banged her, but five months later she called him and told him that she was pregnant. Dennis asks them to help, fearing for the bar if Mandy finds who he really is. Mac suggests that he reveals that he is gay and has no emotional room for her since he is in love with Mac. Frank suggests to find a millionaire to bang for a million bucks and she keeps the money and runs. Dee refuses to help saying it's not her jam and she has a plan but she knows they won't listen. Charlie decides to use Dennis' tactics to start a family with the Waitress. Dennis reluctantly agrees with Mac's plan.
At the new apartment, Dennis is disappointed by the fact that it looks just like their old apartment. Dennis tells Mandy that he and Mac are gay and he doesn't have emotional room for her and Brian Jr, but she thinks it is a good thing for Brian Jr. to have two dads. Mac accepts this responsibility. The Waitress visits Charlie at his apartment but tries to leave after noticing the rose petals littering the room. Charlie explains he wants to have a baby with her. He knows this is what she wants since he always sees her hanging around preschools and playgrounds with a longing look in her eyes. He explains that this will not happen because her life has been declining over the years from working in a coffee shop, frequent alcohol problems, living in a women's shelter and finally, time. He suggests leeching off of Frank for money so that they can have a good life. She turns him down, so Charlie explains that everything he has tried has not worked for her. When she asks why he chooses her and not someone else, he tells her that there is no one like her and that he loves her.
Charlie having the Waitress over forces Frank to crash at Dee's place, much to her chagrin. She tells him to get a hotel, but he says he needs her bed to help his pinched nerve. He goes to take a bath and asks her to make some popcorn for him. Dennis asks Mac why he agreed to raise Brian Jr. Mac got caught up in the moment. Dennis refuses to help raise the boy while he and Mac pretend to be gay for the remainder of Brian's life. Back at the apartment, Charlie has successfully banged the Waitress. In order to raise the child in a healthy environment, she suggests they clean the place up, causing them to argue. Charlie goes to Dee's to stay, much to her anger.
After waking up the next morning, Frank and Charlie try to find eggs for breakfast, but the fridge is empty. The Waitress keeps calling Charlie. Charlie says that she is stalking him, so Dee tells him that he stalked her for years and now that she is giving attention, he doesn't like it. Dennis arrives with his son, telling Dee to watch over him for a while. Dennis is furious that Frank has not found them a millionaire. Later, at a restaurant, Frank places himself as the millionaire. He offers his proposal. He gives her $5,000 and they bang and she leads a happy life. If she needs more money from him, they bang again but the price is lowered unless she brings a partner. Mac accidentally calls Dennis by his real name, confusing Mandy, so Mac clears it up by saying that "Dennis" is his sex slave name.
Back at Dee's place, a new plan is formulated. Dennis explains he needs to crash at Dee's place since he spent last night sleeping next to the Ass-Pounder 4000. Frank has to stay as well because of his pinched nerve. Charlie needs to ghost the Waitress, so he has to crash here as well. Mac stays as well so he can sleep next to Dennis. Dee comes up with a plan. Dennis hustles Mandy and Brian Jr. through the city, explaining he holds top secret government information and his real name is Dane Brass. Dennis starts bleeding and soon after a gun is heard firing. Dennis falls down and tells Mandy to run just as the Gang pulls up in a van. After saying goodbye, he "dies". Mandy kicks Dennis so he wakes, as she knew he was not actually dead. She explains that all she wanted was for Brian Jr to have a father, but after seeing Dennis' behavior, they leave, but not before Dennis says goodbye to Brian Jr.
At the bar, Dennis changes his mind and leaves, saying he does not want Brian Jr. to end up like he did with a dad who was never there for him. He says goodbye, closes the bar, and leaves. Dee asks what they do now, and we cut to Mac destroying Dennis' Range Rover with the rocket launcher while Dee, Frank and Charlie all watch and cheer.

Trivia[]
- The layover in North Dakota that led to Dennis becoming a father is a result of the events of the Season 10 episode "The Gang Beats Boggs."
- Charlie finally bangs The Waitress, having convinced her it's the only way she could have a baby. As soon as she starts becoming realistic about their situation, he flees and claims her numerous calls to him are her "stalking" him.
- When Charlie is sleeping on the couch with Dee, he tells her not to "try and bang him again".
- Mac has refurnished his and Dennis' apartment down to every single knick-knack, with the exception of his old room being a "home gym" (just the Ass Pounder 4000 and some towels in an empty room), planning on himself and Dennis sharing Dennis' old room.
- A poster for Thunder Gun 2: Still Gunnin' can be seen on the street.
- Dee is happy to have her apartment back to herself, suggesting a year has passed since "Mac and Dennis Move to the Suburbs", as the Old Man is no longer sleeping in her bed.
- When the Gang minus Dennis are celebrating, each displays their signature dance move: Charlie's Butt Butt Dance, Dee's inflatable tube man, Mac's elbow-heavy karate dance, and Frank's "move".
- After Dennis' exit, the rest of the Gang quickly blow up his Range Rover with the RPG Mac got him for Valentine's Day in "The Gang Tends Bar".
- Dennis first pretended to be Brian LeFevre in the episode "Frank's Back In Business." The real Brian LeFevre was a Canadian businessman who left his wallet in the bar, and was stabbed to death by a homeless man in the alley behind Paddy's. Dee played his wife Prudence, changed to his sister here. Mac starts to identify himself as Vic Vinegar, the LeFevres' bodyguard, but Dennis stops him.
- Mac and Dennis' apartment burned down in the Season 9 finale "The Gang Squashes Their Beefs", and they moved in with Dee at that point. Their apartment was repaired in the Season 10 finale "Ass Kickers United: Mac and Charlie Join a Cult", but burned down again at the end of that episode.
- This episode leaves Mac once again as a possible "odd man out", this time with babies/parenthood: Frank believed he fathered Dennis and Dee (and is likely Charlie's real father), Dee has given birth as a surrogate mother, and this episode presents Dennis' baby and Charlie possibly impregnating the Waitress. Though Mandy offers Mac and Dennis a two-dads situation, it never comes into play. Previously, Mac was the odd man out in regards to the Reynolds family, until he was allegedly adopted by Frank for "The Gang Goes on Family Fight".
- The Waitress appeared last in Season 11's "Frank Falls Out the Window", 17 episodes ago; this is the longest gap of time between episodes featuring her (although she is mentioned in "The Gang Tends Bar", after Charlie mentions that his song for Dee is derivative of one he wrote for the Waitress).
- The Waitress claims that sex with Charlie was "actually kind of amazing"; he likely utilized what Tatiana taught him about sex while the Gang is at the Poconos. (The Gang Hits the Slopes)
