Bio[]
Fred Savage was born in 1976 in Chicago, and by 1986 he was acting for film and television. In 1988 he was cast as Kevin Arnold - the lead character in ABC's The Wonder Years. During its run he also starred in the movies Little Monsters and The Princess Bride. After 5 years and 115 episodes The Wonder Years concluded but Fred continued to pick up acting gigs. After graduating from Stanford in 1999, at the age of 23 Fred directed his first television episode - an episode of Working. He would continue to go on and produce and direct episodes of over 40 TV series including 18 episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Fred has been nominated for and won several acting and directing awards. He continues to produce and direct television shows. He is currently married to his childhood friend with whom he has two children.
