The Grizzled Busman worked at Mr. Kim's Korean restaurant that threatened to steal business away from Paddy's Pub in "The Gang Solves the North Korea Situation". Sweet Dee sleeps with him to get information about their secret microbrew recipe. He laters returns as one of Sweet Dee's potential baby's fathers in "Dee Gives Birth".
He lives in a room with at least a dozen others in bunk beds. After sleeping with Dee, he wrote a note supposedly detailing the recipe in Korean, but translation by Sun-Li shows that it is really calling her a whore, saying "Dirty, dirty whore bring much shame to self and country".
Although Dee was disgusted for having made out with a "oily, toothless busboy", she considers herself lucky after it is revealed that Charlie's "date" Sun-Li was a 12-year-old.
