The theme for the 16th season's promotional material was psychedelic art of the gang, which is most prominently featured on a van driving through Philly in several photos. In the art itself, most of the gang takes on more primitive-style clothing and are seen posing with wolves. Dennis, Mac and Charlie are howling with the wolves. The full moon in the art is represented by Frank's face.

Promotional Videos[]
Though season 16 did not receive unique promos, several scenes were present in early trailers that did not appear in any of the episodes.
Frank Shoots Every Member of the Gang:
- Frank's dinner with Dennis and Dee is cut short. An alternate take of a gag where Frank mentions being "gassy" and proceeds to fart was not present in the final episode, as well as a shot where Dennis and Dee comment on Frank's lack of shoes.[2]
- A scene where the gang buries the seagull that Frank killed, the dead monkey, and Maureen's ashes in the pet cemetery was cut from the final episode.[2]
- Dennis' scream after breaking his hand is cut short in the final episode.[2]
- Several alternate shots of the gang bowling are missing from the final episode.
Dennis Takes a Mental Health Day:
- The conclusion of the gang's scheme to put coal into a pressure cooker in order to create diamonds is cut short, showing the gang (minus Dennis) hiding behind the pool table in Paddy's.[2] Presumably, the pressure cooker exploded. Director Heath Cullens stated that it was cut for time.[3]

The joke was that the pressure cooker diamond thing didn’t work. So even with the included scene the pressure cooker thing kinda just ended. Or fizzled out. Cause you can’t make diamonds out of coal in a pressure cooker."
