Mark Dunlap is a uniformed police officer who went to high school with Dee, Dennis, and "Fatty McGoo."

Mark arrives with Dee to arrest Ingrid Nelson for slave labor but finds out Ingrid has nothing to do with Frank's sweat shop. He recognizes Ingrid and Dee and asks Dee about Dennis, whom he knew in high school and thought was a cool guy. At that very moment Dennis barged into the room in full drag.
