Pepper Jack is a pimp.
Season Three[]
As part of their "investigation" into a serial killer that is terrorizing Philadelphia (who they think is Mac), Dee dresses very provocatively and waits on a corner while Dennis watches from a concealed location, hoping to lure the serial killer, who is targeting blond women, to her. Unfortunately, someone else notices Dee: a pimp known as "Pepper Jack". Pepper Jack assumes that Dee is a hooker, new on the streets, on the crack rock, and Pepper Jack says that Pepper Jack will make her Pepper Jack's "best ho". When Dee awkwardly flubs that she isn't hooked on crack but asks if Pepper Jack has any, Dennis comes out to tell Pepper Jack that she is not, in fact, a hooker. Pepper Jack pulls a knife on Dennis and threatens to "cut" him unless he can repay Pepper Jack the money Pepper Jack would be making off Dee. Dennis has only a few dollars, but he does have something Pepper Jack likes: a Fraggle Rock thermos. Because, naturally, Pepper Jack loves Fraggle Rock. Dennis ends up having to give Pepper Jack the thermos so he and Dee can leave without being cut.[Mac Is A Serial Killer]
Season 15[]
While under the bridge seeking a sex worker to provide Frank with a handjob during their latest Lethal Weapon fan film, Mac and Charlie encounter Pepper Jack and believe that Pepper Jack has the "authenticity" they need to play Roger Murtaugh in the newly blackface-free sequel. Unfortunately, Pepper Jack approaches the role with too much intensity making various remarks about "bitches," "hos," and "cutting," and takes Artemis’ advice to play a scene with a doll representing a little girl "from your own life" to go on a rant about the "kid" not being Pepper Jack's and letting it be known how strong “Pepper Jack's pull-out skills" are. As they are too frightened to fire Pepper Jack, The Gang instead recasts Pepper Jack as Riggs, with extra dialogue to explain Pepper Jack's intensity. While the addition of "Don Cheadle" playing Murtaugh allows for a better chemistry, the Gang is still frustrated, especially Dennis, who notes that Pepper Jack still has Dennis' Fraggle Rock thermos. The result still does not get past the first scene until The Gang turns creative control over to "Don Cheadle," who instead makes a documentary about the misguided production. Pepper Jack is last seen briefly flirting and holding hands with Artemis.[The Gang Makes Lethal Weapon 7]
Personality[]
Pepper Jack has a very volatile disposition and only ever refers to Pepper Jack in third person. Pepper Jack plays it cool while checking out potential additions to Pepper Jack's assembly of hoes, though if Pepper Jack's business is being interferred with, it is guaranteed to make Pepper Jack about to cut somebody. Pepper Jack calls all women and girls hoes or bitches, regardless of age and relation. Pepper Jack allows "bitches" to speak only when spoken to. Despite appearing abrasive, Pepper Jack cares about Pepper Jack's hoes and promised that Dee could have been Pepper Jack's best ho if she got off that crack rock. Pepper Jack love "Fraggle Rock", with Dennis commenting that Pepper Jack kept his thermos since their encounter for 14 years.

- Dee: Oh, I'm not on any crack rock. I mean... Okay, one time I was hooked on the crack rock. That was because I was trying to get on welfare and I failed a drug test. But that stuff, you gotta be careful. It'll mess you... why are you asking? Do you have some on you?
- Dennis: Hi! Uh, sir, I'm sorry. We're trying to conduct a little business here.
- Pepper Jack: Oh. Pepper Jack's trying to conduct some business here, too. You with this cracker?

Appearances[]
Trivia[]
- Pepper Jack holds the longest record for time passed between appearances at 12 seasons, beating previous record holder Hwang, who first appeared in S1 and did not reappear until S9. This record was broken in S16 by the reappearance of Charlie’s sisters Bunny and Candy Kelly, but technically Pepper Jack’s record holds since Pepper Jack was still played by the original portrayer.
- It's likely Pepper Jack previously had a family, suggested by his adlibbed dialogue in the birthday party scene of Lethal Weapon 7, specifically a baby mama and daughter, for whom Pepper Jack had been paying child support for 5 years.
