Richie is a student at the high school Dee and Charlie briefly work.
Richie was a Juggalo and very adamant about wearing ICP-style facepaint in class. Charlie became Richie's unofficial mentor and attempted to convince Principal MacIntyre that he be allowed to keep his make-up on, despite just being a janitor. After being denied, Charlie instead offered to scrub him squeaky clean, also with much the same reaction, this time from Richie himself, with MacIntyre imploring Charlie to please not bathe any of the students.
He was played by Paul Walter Hauser.
