Charlie has empathy and understands right and wrong?

I removed these lines, both of which came from Wikipedia:

Charlie repeatedly shows more empathy for people than the rest of The Gang, and operates on a higher ethical level than them.
He often demonstrates a deeper understanding of right and wrong, perhaps due to a lifetime of mistreatment by other people.

I don't believe they're true... Charlie is often willing to screw over Dee, for example. If anyone has examples of his higher ethical level, please share! --Kanamekun 08:52, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

in "bumbs: making a mess over the whole city,"charlie saved everyone from corruption that power brings. also in "charlie wants an abortion" he confronts the kid's actual dad in hopes to inspire him to become a better father. in "the waitress gets married" he gave the waitress' fiance a "congradulatory gift" that he deserved. although he balanced all that karma out by pretending to have cancer to sleep with the waitress.
